Why Use Probiotics?

We have two types of bacteria in and on our body, good and bad bacteria. Probiotics constitute the live, beneficial bacteria and/or yeasts that naturally live in our bodies. They are the good bacteria that keep our body healthy and working well. They help us in many ways, including fighting off bad bacteria when we have too much of it, and thereby helping us feel better.

We have trillions of microbes on and in our bodies. Though the most commonplace linked to beneficial microbes is our gut, we have several locations in and on our body that host good microbes.
